Water

Disasters seem to happen at the worst possible times. That certainly was the case for Bertha and Gerald Wright of Green Bay, Wisconsin. A water pipe burst at their home on Super Bowl Sunday. They didn't know what to do, but a friend told them to notify their insurance company and the adjuster there called Recoveron Restoration Services.

According to the Wrights, everything went 'right' after that! "Everyone (from Recoveron) was just wonderful. The Recoveron project manager kept us informed as to what was to be done each day and how long it would take. He never went into the house without letting us know," said Bertha Wright. "The men were professional and I feel that they are our friends forever. They were so kind and considerate. They always cleaned everything up before they left and always tried to leave the house so we could function. We were fortunate to have Recoveron do our restoration."

Fire

Overwhelmed. That's how Michael and Toni Duvall felt as they sat in the fire chief's car at 2:00 a.m., watching a fire destroy the living room of their home. When the fire was extinguished, the fire chief handed them a pamphlet from Recoveron Restoration Services.

"One call to Andy Kaye, president of Recoveron, and he took care of everything," says Michael Duvall. "And I mean everything. He arrived the same day and gave us a complete outline of what was going to happen. It was a step-by-step layout from beginning to end. The Recoveron team of professionals was always there on time and treated our home as if it was their own. The only thing my wife and I needed to do was relax. Mr. Kaye and his crew made a difficult time tolerable."

Bellin Health is a large medical complex on Green Bay's east side. In addition to the hospital, there are several family medical centers, sports medicine clinics and other specialized facilities in the Green Bay area. Bellin's Paul Vlies has relied on Recoveron Restoration Services for several years whenever he needs help in a hurry.

"When the pipes burst or the sewer backs-up, it's good to know there is a reliable resource like Recoveron just a phone call away. It's reassuring to have that on-going relationship," says Vlies. "I know they can handle the job."

Fire

Oconto Falls High School caught fire the day before the school's Christmas break. The school was saved but the damage was extensive. The gym, auditorium, offices and classrooms were badly impacted by smoke, soot and water.

Dave Polashek, Superintendent of schools for the Oconto Falls School District describes, "We were faced with a crisis and didn't know where to turn. Recoveron stepped up within just a few hours. They exhibited a quick and knowledgeable response and I was very pleased." He adds, "They worked hand-in-hand with us to bring quick closure to what was a massive problem. I was extremely pleased with their willingness to get done what needed to get done."

"They (Recoveron) went above and beyond for us. We couldn't have done it without them."

Water/Sewage

"There was a sewage backup at a sizeable commercial property on S. Oneida Street in Ashwaubenon, 3" to 4" of sewage covered the entire floor of the building," noted Doug Martin, the Utility Engineer, for the Ashwaubenon Water and Sewer Utility. The walls had to be cut up 4" or 5" and be replaced, everything needed to be scrubbed and sanitized, sealed and then tested to make sure there was no contamination.

Martin continues, "I called Recoveron and spoke with a project manager; I absolutely trust them [Recoveron]. I have worked with them three or four times and they have handled all of the jobs quickly, professionally and thoroughly. They even handled re-doing the walls.  They live up to their reputation of being a one stop shop."
